Before its modern incarnation as the Decorative Arts Museum, Villa Terrace was built for the Smith Family after returning home from a trip to Italy in 1924. Inspired by the 1500s Villa Cicogna Mozzoni, the property sits high over Lake Michigan providing an awesome vista. It's the only place in the city with such charm and timeless grace, making it a wonderful candidate for Weddings and portraits of all kinds. The long stairway adds drama to the property and its gardens offer perfectly maintained tranquility. We just love to shoot there!
